Austin Wynne, USPTA, is the assistant director of TNT Tennis. In addition to being the Assistant Director for TNT Tennis he is the Coordinator for the Hurst Tennis Center. He is also Head Professional of the Colleyville tennis programs as well as the head professional for the Grapevine and Roanoke tennis programs. He also serves on the NETT Professional Advisory Board and is an acting member of the Fort Worth Tennis Professionals Association. Austin has over 9 years of professional tennis teaching experience, coordinating programs in many locations across the state of Texas. Austin directed the programs for the city of College Station where he also attended Texas A&M University, earning a degree in English. During his time in College Station, Austin coached numerous junior teams to various state titles, while also improving the overall quality of the program.
Austin currently coordinates a number of Junior Team Tennis teams that fall under the TNT umbrella. Every season since TNT's introduction of Junior Team Tennis, he's had at least one team qualify for the State Sectional tournament. He most recently led the Colleyville Squirrels 18 and under team to a state championship in the fall of 2013.
Austin has and continues to work with all levels of players from beginners to nationally ranked players. He also works with all ages from 3 year olds to senior citizens. His commitment to showing children success on the court through the QuickStart program has kept the children’s interest level up in our programs. Austin also currently works with many highly ranked players in Texas, looking to develop other young players to be the next up and coming champions.
