Sophia Seay
TNT Tennis would like to showcase Sophia Seay as our spotlight player. Sophia recently graduated Colleyville Heritage High School. Sophia was on the varsity squad each of the 3 years she played, before forgoing her senior year to focus on her studies. Sophia joined the TNT Tennis program 6 years ago as a ZAT player and finished her junior career as an 18 Super Champ. Since joining with TNT Tennis, Sophia has worked extremely hard to excel in both high school and USTA tennis.
TNT is also proud to have another student to play in college. Sophia will continue to play next year at LeTourneau University, and is expected to make an immediate impact on the Lady Yellowjacket’s tennis team. Sophia was also accepted to be a part of the University’s flight school, one of the finest in the country.
Sophia is the daughter of Randy & Jeannie Seay and the older sister of Grant (also a previous spotlight player & pictured with Sophia). Outside of tennis, Sophia enjoys kayaking. Sophia’s favorite player is Garbine Muguruza.
Riley Smith
TNT Tennis is proud to announce Riley Smith as our spotlight player. Riley is a senior at Marcus High School, currently competing across Texas in the 18 Super Champ division. During the 2015 fall season, Riley lead the Marcus team both on and off the court, playing at the top of the line-up in both singles and doubles, while serving as a captain of the Marauder tennis team. Riley had an outstanding year, garnishing All-District honors in both singles and doubles, in a district considered to be one of the best in the state. Riley led the Marauders to a team state ranking (#18 in Texas) and another postseason appearance.
This spring has brought more success for the Marauder standout, placing in all 5 tournaments played thus far (Champions in both the Marauder & Jaguar Invitational). All of this success has paid great dividends, as Riley was offered the opportunity to play tennis at the next level at Dallas Baptist University. Riley will join another TNT product, Cole Schafer at DBU. TNT has no doubt that Riley will immediately be a big contributor to the Patriot tennis team
Riley is the son of Jeff and Stephanie Smith and the younger brother of Taylor (another Marcus graduate). Outside of tennis, Riley enjoys hunting and spending time with family and friends.
Grant Seay
TNT Tennis is very proud to announce Grant Seay as our spotlight player. Grant is in 7th grade at Heritage Middle School in Colleyville. Grant joined the TNT Tennis team 4 years ago as a ZAT player and is currently competing as a 12’s Super Champ. Since joining with TNT Tennis, it was obvious to coaches, parents, and other players that Grant was a special talent, with a fire on the court rarely seen in others. Grant’s love of the sport and the spotlight has been a driving force behind his rise into Supers.
Although only 12 years old, Grant technically has one of the most solid games in the area. In just a short career, Grant has already had many accomplishments, including wins over several top 50 players. Most recently, Grant won the 14’s doubles title and reached the finals in 14’s singles at the Abilene Classic. Last month, he and his partner won the prestigious HTA Houston Super Champ Major Zone. Grant is already ranked top #80 in Texas, which will continue to rise with each new success.
Grant is the son of Randy & Jeannie Seay and the younger brother of Sophie (also an outstanding tennis player for Colleyville Heritage High). Outside of tennis, Grant enjoys football & Ping-Pong. Grant’s favorite player is Rafael Nadal.
Isabella Ditzler
TNT Tennis is very proud to announce Isabella Ditzler as our spotlight player. Isabella is a freshman at Marcus High in Flower Mound, competing all across Texas as a 14 Super Champ. Isabella joined the TNT Tennis program 2 years ago as a ZAT player and has worked extremely hard to reach the highest level of junior tennis in Texas. Isabella’s determination, work ethic, and commitment to the program have fueled her rise into Supers and up the state rankings.
Outside of her USTA endeavors, Isabella had much success in her school tennis. While at Briarhill middle school, Isabella captured multiple LISD Championship titles among 13 other middle schools. This year as a freshman, Isabella was an instrumental part of a Marauder team that finished 15-4 and ranked 18th in the state of Texas. Along with the team success, Isabella also garnered individual 6-6A All-District honors at line 2 singles.
Isabella is the daughter of Tony Ditzler & Chelle Dillon and the younger sister of Ariel Ditzler. Outside of tennis, Isabella enjoys reading, art, music, travel, and baking.
Ryan Mouakket
Ryan Mouakket is an 8th grader at Downing Middle School in Flower Mound. Since joining the TNT Tennis program, Ryan’s rise through the junior ranks has been nothing less than amazing. In less than 2 years since first picking up a racket, Ryan has twice won the LISD singles championships (13 schools), qualified for champs in 12’s and reached a top 10 ranking, qualified for supers in 14’s, defeated multiple 3 and 4 star recruits, and has already worked himself into the top 100 Texas rankings, while garnering his own 2 star ranking.
Ryan is an extremely hard worker on and off the court and has a passion for tennis rarely seen in a 13 year old player. He spends time working on technique, tactics, fitness, and knowledge of the game. It is through his dedication that he has accomplished so much in a very short period of time. TNT Tennis is very excited in what the future holds for this rising star.
Ryan is the son of Jeff & Nazzie Mouakket and the brother of Zane who is a 6th grader at Downing. Outside of tennis, Ryan enjoys working out and watching sports (especially anything University of Oklahoma). Ryan hopes to play for Oklahoma in college.
Taylor Jackson
Taylor Jackson has been in the TNT Tennis programs for 4 years. She got her introduction to tennis through lessons at the Hurst Tennis Center then joined a team tennis team and has rapidly progressed since then.
Taylor is a sophomore at LD Bell High School. She’s been the top ranked girl at Bell since her freshman year in singles as well as doubles. Her freshman year, Taylor posted a record above .500 playing the number one spot in a district included regional finalists. Taylor has progressed through the ZAT level onto the Championship level, winning the Southlake ZAT. She’s also been the captain of her Junior Team Tennis team in Colleyville for the last 3 years. In 2013, she led her team to a state championship.
Outside of tennis, Taylor enjoys running, reading and spending time with her family and friends. Taylor is the daughter of Miah and Allison as well as the sister of Parker Jackson.
Cole Schafer
Cole Schafer has been a long time member of the TNT Tennis family, being involved in the program for over 5 years. During his time with TNT, Cole has worked diligently to improve his game, going from ZAT to supers in no time. Currently, Cole competes as an 18 superchamp, playing singles and doubles tournaments all over Texas.
As a senior at Flower Mound High school, Cole has been the leader of the team for the past 2 years both on and off the court. Playing line #1 doubles and #1 singles, Cole has led his team to the Area Playoffs the past 2 years. During his 4 years at Flower Mound, Cole has lettered all 4 years, along with garnering All-District honors in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. During the spring season of his junior year, Cole and his partner won the boys district doubles championship handily, giving the Jaguars their lone spring district title. The win helped propel the boy’s team to a runner-up district team title behind cross-town rivals Marcus. The doubles duo parlayed their district success into regional semi-final appearance in Lubbock.
After high school, Cole is planning to continue his tennis at the next level, and is still deciding which university to attend. He plans on pursuing a physical therapy or biology degree.
Cole is the son of Pamela Pence Schafer and the brother of Connor Schafer, who currently attends Abilene Christian University. Outside of tennis, Cole enjoys snow skiing, camping/hiking, traveling, and TNT Tennis
Sebastian Langdon
Sebastian Langdon has had a long and illustrious career competing at the highest junior level, Super Champ, in USTA events. Sebastian has ranked consistently in the top 30 in Texas in 10’s, 12’s, 14’ and finishing #28 in 16’s. Sebastian is also an accomplished doubles player, winning numerous doubles titles over his career. Sebastian put both his singles and doubles prowess on display this year while representing Texas at zonals, finishing 10-0 against other teams from around the nation.
Sebastian’s career at Marcus High School has been just as impressive, compiling 152 wins in only 2 ½ years. This year, the Marcus standout has led the Marauders to a District Championship, Bi-District Championship, Regional Semi-Final appearance, and #14 in Texas state ranking, while playing line #1 singles and doubles (Combined record of 33-3). Along with team success come individual accolades, winning his second district male MVP (first time in school history). Sebastian also became the first ever to be awarded All-Area male MVP, to go along with his All-Area 1st team singles & doubles awards.
Octavia Malin
Octavia Malin is a junior at Grapevine High School, currently competing all around Texas in the 16 Super Champ division. Octavia is an accomplished singles, doubles, and mixed doubles player, contributing in all three phases for the Mustangs. Octavia’s sophomore year was a breakout year for the young tennis standout, receiving 1st team All-District honors for both singles and doubles. During the spring season, Octavia played mixed doubles and captured a district title and a 3rd place finish at the regional tournament.
As great as the previous year’s results had been, Octavia had an even more impressive junior (Fall) season. Octavia played line #1 singles and mixed doubles, leading the Mustangs to District, Bi-District, & Area championships. The Mustangs also reached the Regional Semi-Finals and garnered Grapevine’s highest year-end state ranking (#12) in 25 years. Octavia’s play earned her 1st team All-District & All-Area honors for both singles and mixed doubles along with being named the female “Most Valuable Player” for both the district and the area.
Octavia is the daughter of Dave & Karrabi Malin and the sister of Noah and Isabel. Outside of tennis, Octavia enjoys singing with the A’Capella Varsity Choir and the Jazz Choir.
Brooke Covington
Brooke Covington started playing tennis in Fall of 2012. She began in TNT’s programs and hasn’t looked back. In less than a year Brooke has won the Trophy Club Spring Mid-Cities, Colleyville Spring Mid-Cities and Hurst Summer Mid-Cities. She got second in the DFW Hilton Mid-Cities. Brooke won the Consolation Draw in the KATCH Mid-Cities, Southlake Junior Open, Rivercrest Spring Mid-Cities and most recently won the Consolation draw of the Richardson ZAT. Her results have been steadily improving and it’s a good bet that she’s going to come home with some hardware from any tournament she enters.
Brooke was the unquestioned leader on the Colleyville Squirrels Junior Team Tennis Team. Brooke led the Squirrels 12u intermediate team to the State Sectional tournament in San Antonio this past season.
Brooke was an honor student at OC Taylor Elementary School. When she’s not out on the court, Brooke enjoys skiing and rock climbing. Brooke looks up to her two older sisters, Jenny and Lindsay who are also important members of the TNT family. Brooke is one of the premier young players in the TNT system.

Cody Humphrey
Cody Humphrey, a senior at Grapevine High School, is a long time participant of the TNT Tennis programs. Along with representing the Mustangs, Cody also competes all around Texas in the 18 Super Champ divisions. Cody is an accomplished singles & doubles player, capturing titles in both USTA and high school tournaments. Cody was a key contributor in the Mustang’s success this season as a 1st team All-District & 1st team All-Area player in both singles and doubles, along with being one of the team captains. Cody’s contributions as a player and as a leader helped the Mustangs reach their highest Texas ranking of #12 in over 25 years.
Cody also excels off the court, currently ranking in the top 15 students in his class of nearly 500 students. Cody is and has been a member of the National Honor Society, Latin Club, the homecoming court, and the Grapevine High School marching band. During his time in school, Cody has given over 100 plus hours of community service hours to numerous organizations. Most recently, Cody’s efforts on and off the court garnered him the honor of being the Dale Hanson Scholar Athlete of the week for the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
Cody is the son of Steve & Mary Humphrey and the brother of Samantha and Hunter. Outside of tennis, Cody enjoys Young Life, hunting, and playing guitar.
Jenny Covington
Jenny Covington is a freshman at Colleyville Heritage High School and started playing in the TNT programs in 2011. Jenny contributes to the Heritage varsity team and recently won the singles draw of the Arlington Varsity Tournament.
Jenny is also a leader on the State Champion Colleyville Squirrels team tennis team. Jenny was a major part of the squirrel’s season and was a solid 4-1 against the best competition of the year at the state tournament. Jenny has accomplished much outside of UIL and team tennis as she recently qualified as a 16’s champ.
Jenny is a top student in the freshman class at Colleyville Heritage and finished middle school on the all-A Honor Roll at Colleyville Middle School. She’s also the number one varsity Cross-Country runner at Colleyville Heritage. Jenny’s two sisters, Lindsay and Jenny, are also members of the TNT Family.
